WHAT SHOULD I KNOW WHEN ORDERING?

All of our bandanas can be custom sized to your pet so we HIGHLY RECOMMEND measuring your pet's neck size for accuracy. If you are unable to get measurements, you may send us a photo of your pet or give us their breed and age to estimate a size. Note that fabrics (Cotton, Polycotton, Fleece, etc.) may vary from product to product so please ensure to read the descriptions for all the details. All patterns may vary from order to order depending on cut. If you have any questions please message us first so we can help you through the process.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

All orders include FREE SHIPPING to the United States including Alaska & Hawai'i. All orders will originate from Kaneohe, Hawai'i and shipping times may vary. ALL ORDERS now include a tracking number. If you are international, please contact us prior to ordering so we can provide an accurate shipping cost.

HOW DO YOUR RETURNS WORK?

Returns are accepted if there is any physical issue with the product as a result of our hooman error. We do not accept returns if the custom options chosen by the customer is unsatisfactory. Note that we HIGHLY recommend measuring your pet to give us an accurate size. Any estimated sizes made by our company due to lack of accurate size from a customer will not be accepted for returns. Return shipping will be covered by the customer. All funds will be returned within 10 business days of receiving the product.

 

CAN WE DO FARM ANIMAL ORDERS?

If you are ordering for another pet such as goats, rabbits, cows, horses, etc. - just message us! We can assist you with a custom listing.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Depending on whether your order is in production or not, you may be able to make last minute changes. Please message us via Instagram for the fastest response.
